Key Features • Restaurant & Rider Listings: Restaurants can post menus with pricing, photos, and descriptions; riders can register and manage availability. • Order & Ride Booking System: Customers can search and filter by cuisine, location, price, or delivery time, then instantly place an order and pay in-app. • Credit-Based System: Restaurants and riders use prepaid in-app credits to confirm orders, promote menu items, or accept deliveries — ensuring steady microtransaction revenue for the platform. • Wallet Management: Restaurants and riders can view their credit balance, transaction history, and top up anytime via secure gateways like Stripe, PayMongo, or GCash. • Convenience Fees: Customers pay a small, transparent fee per order, while restaurants or riders spend credits per confirmed booking/delivery. • Admin Dashboard: Administrators can approve restaurants and riders, handle disputes, manage listings, and monitor earnings and credit flow. Credit System Logic Riders maintain a balance of in-app credits: - Credits are deducted for actions like confirming orders, accepting deliveries, or promoting menu items. - Credits can be topped up anytime via supported payment gateways. - A minimum balance is required to continue operations (e.g., accepting orders or deliveries). - A transparent transaction history is available in the Credits Wallet screen. Example: A rider tops up ₱500 → each delivery confirmation deducts ₱10 → once balance falls below ₱490, the rider must reload credits to continue receiving delivery assignments.
